Thermal steam expansion driven turbine power generation is still the main way to meet industrial and civil power generation needs. Traditional fossil fuel power generation accounts for about 80% of the total power generation, and this distribution proportion will continue in the coming decades. Cogeneration, which uses biofuels or other wastes generated by human activities to generate electricity, is also developing. The valves used in such projects must be able to overcome the high temperature conditions and be suitable for mud, bulk materials and other media. Renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic power stations, and geothermal power stations also have special requirements for valves. At present, they can produce valves specially used in renewable energy projects. In the past decades, traditional power stations have improved power generation efficiency and reduced emissions by increasing operating temperature and pressure. In order to improve the resistance to creep, enhance the durability, and ensure reliable functions in the life cycle under harsh operating environment, valves, turbines and other pressure bearing equipment need to constantly update materials and production processes.
